My name is Hayley Zedel.
I was born and raised on Vancouver Island in beautiful Brentwood Bay, and now living in Victoria.
My passion for health, food and fitness started at a young age and I had a hunger for learning more about all the science and health benefits behind good nutrition and exercise.
I became a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer in 2013 and have been working with clients one-on-one ever since. My background of dance, swimming, running, and yoga compliment my ability to create functional exercise programs for individuals of all ages and abilities.
I became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2015, with a focus on vegan and plant-based nutrition.
I love to help address my clients health concerns such as poor energy, digestion, skin conditions, inflammation and stress. I also enjoy helping those who are new to a plant-based diet create well balanced meal plans to fit their lifestyle. I am passionate about helping others achieve optimal health and happiness, by finding what works for them.
I practice mindfulness and bring an essence of the mind-body awareness that comes with it into my practice as a nutritionist and as a trainer.
